Witness says Howard K. Stern threatened him!!

Mark Hatten, a witness in the Anna Nicole Smith Drug Trial tells South Carolina Police that Howard K. Stern threatened him via Myspace.

Mark Hatten, also Anna Nicole’s ex-boyfriend, opened up his myspace account on an officer’s laptop to reveal the threatening message on May 3.

The message read  “You are in over your head. You are being watched. Keep a look out before everything comes crashing down, do you understand me?”  Stern has denied the threat stating that he would not even know how to leave a myspace message.

We have not been able to confirm Hatten will be a witness at the Smith Trial but South Carolina police are calling the investigation it intimidation of a witness/harassment via Internet.
