TO WEAR OR NOT TO WEAR…FLIP FLOPS

With Summer coming around and the weather being hot and beautiful, most of us throw the comfy shoes to the back of the closet and grab our flip flops. They are easy to throw on, your feet can breath not to mention get a little color as well. However, experts say to throw those flip flops right back into the closet and save then for the beach or pool only. They are doing damage to our bodies that we are unaware of. Here are some of the problems…

They make your tendons work harder: With there only being one little strap at the front of your foot, you end up gripping your toes causing stress on your tendons which can lead to tendentious.

They are spongy: They are soft sponge that gives no support to your foot. You tend to walk flatter and harder which in turn causes arch and ankle pain.

Ankle Support: They offer no support to the ankle. Summer time adds a lot more sprained ankles just from wearing flip flops.

No protection: Obviously having a completely open shoe leaves no protection from glass, rocks or people. Thus the added cuts and bruises.

Back and Hip Problems: one of the most important of the flip flop problems is that when wearing them you tend to take shorter steps and change your stride. Which causes extreme back and hip pain. As well as you may see some twinges and pains in other parts of your body such as your neck.

Seems that when word got out of Jesse Jame’s unfaithfulness to Sandra Bullock, Sandra wasn’t the only sufferer. There has been five mistresses thus far that Jesse has been accused of being with. Fifth mistress says she was cheated on too. That’s not all though, since the accusations came about, Jesse’s business at his burger shop has suffered. Sandra’s win at the Oscars packed the place for a while but it was short lived as more and more news of Jesse’s cheating came about.

So we know Sandra Bullock has decided to divorce Jesse James, why no divorce papers? Apparently, Sandra is worried that once she draws papers, erratic hubby Jesse sill start spilling her secrets. Sandra has been known as being one of the most private stars in the Hollywood scene. She feels that Jesse will start sharing all of her secrets. Jesse was seeking treatment at am alcohol and sex addiction facility in hopes to show Sandra he wants to save this marriage. He left rehab when Sandra refused to speak with him. Jesse Jame’s is back in rehab now.

The Pixie: Short and sweet. The style that Halle barry has sported for some time. Add some sculpting spray and mess it up. Simple and easy look. Keep in mind this style is best meant for smaller faces.
